Shutterbox's Photo booth for hire was in an exciting and out of this world birthday party in Paraparaumo Wellington, NZ! Our photo booth was hired to capture the fun for this birthday party. Everyone was dressed in their most unique space costumes that captured the theme of the night! Our client Grace, prompted to design her own lay out for her photo strip and surely looked the part. A colorful galaxy design and vibrant colors turned out perfect for the party.

Having our professional lighting surely helped capture the sparkles of each individual's wardrobe of the night. Our instant prints did impress a lot of the guest as well. Photo print outs in just 11 seconds for everyone to take home a memory.

This was a truly all out fun party that everyone will remember!

Las Vegas is a very vivid place during the day. There is so much to see and do, from the endless casinos and hotels to explore. Each with there own theme, usually recreated in the most tastelessly tacky way, to the many entertainment shows. If your in the Nevada area its a must visit. 

Our photographer Andrew recently got back from a trip to the states. While there he got to indulge in his passion for automobiles by visiting the Auto Collections Car Museum in Las Vegas Nevada. ​Its located inside The LINQ Hotel & Casino. It's an attraction that combines the thrills of an exotic car museum with the opportunity to actually buy some of the most unique and eclectic automobiles in the world.
As you can see from the photos the collection is nice and broad with everything from rare group B rally cars to Rolls Royces and Ferraris. There website is here:

Wallace and Grommit at Acmi. The second stop for the Australian Tour was at ACMI. The Australian Center for Moving Image. This is located in Federation Square in Melbourne. This is a fantastic Museum and a must visit if your in the Victoria (Melbourne) Area. The Exhibition showcases model and sets from Aardmans Work.

We are proud to have provided photo booth services to the Cyclone Education Forum Function. It was great to see education professionals from around New Zealand coming together to discuss important topics around education and learning. They also had a chance to let off some steam. There was fantastic craft beer on offer from local craft brewery Double Vision Breweries. Everyone had fun and there was a viking theme, so great costumes were everywhere. 

Taking home amazing photos from the event is surely something for keeps and it was a pleasure that our photo booth hire has done that for them. Printing out photos in just 11 secs(fastest in NZ) was efficient enough to accommodate the large crowd in the event.

Shutterbox Photography presents The GLAM Shot Project! It is the first of its kind in Wellington, and in New Zealand where we turn a photo shoot into a social event party. In the event, we are setting up our photo studio with a professional set-up and lighting at Scotty and Mal's Cocktale and Lounge Bar located in Cuba Street Wellington on July 23, 2017 from 2pm to 8pm.

During the event, guest can enjoy drinks and mingle with other beautiful people while waiting for their turn to be fabulous in front of the camera.  Each guest will then be provided with a professionally edited and air brushed photo for a magazine look finish. It will be a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with Bubbles and Giggles. Gather your crew and glam up and be ready for your close up!

Shutterbox was fortunate enough to be a part of "Armageddon". The yearly comic convention held at the Westpac Stadium here in Wellington, New Zealand June 3-5, 2017.

Setting up our pop up photo studio and taking photos of the cosplayers with their astounding costumes was just amazing. Having a limited space to set up, I think we have done a fantastic job capturing the memories and the excitement.

The high energy of the guests was infectious. We loved taking photos and were very happy that everyone was pleased with their photographs and their "on the spot" print outs.

This was truly a wonderful experience for both of us and the patrons, to share their creativity and talent in creating their costumes, and for Shutterbox to immortalise the fun with photos.
