Our Standard License grants you, the Purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the acquired work ("Work") under the following conditions:

1. Business Location Limitation: Your use of the Work is restricted to your business location. If you are part of a franchise or operate multiple locations, a separate license must be purchased for each location using the Work.
   
2. Usage Scope: You may use the Work independently or incorporate it into other works you are creating.
   
3. Resale Restrictions: You must not, directly or indirectly, license, sublicense, sell, resell, redistribute, or offer the Work for resale (even for free). These actions are collectively referred to as "Resale."
   
4. Permitted Reproductions: You may reproduce the Work in the following formats:
   
   • Printed materials
   • Websites
   • Electronic documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, eBooks)
   • Video productions
5. Use in Client Work: You may use the Work in projects you are creating for your own purposes or for a client who has requested it.
   
6. Resale Exclusion: The Work cannot be incorporated into any work created for resale, whether by you or your client.
   
7. Reproduction Limitations: There is no restriction on the number of copies of a work containing the Work that can be reproduced and distributed, provided it remains a single application and is not for resale. For instance, you can incorporate the Work into a brochure for a client, and you may make an unlimited number of copies, but the brochure must be distributed at no charge to the recipient and cannot be used for resale.
   
8. Cost Recoupment: Despite the resale restrictions, if you acquire the Work on behalf of your client, you may charge your client for the cost of acquiring the Work.
